Online Payments are made through PayPal but you don’t have to have a Paypal account to do so, we accept credit and debit cards through Paypal also.

For those customers wanting to pay by card please follow through the checkout procedure and when you get to the Paypal page you will see ‘Pay with a debit or credit card’ you will be able to finish the process without having to register with Paypal.

Payments can also be made by Cheque, Postal Order and Bankers Draft made payable to Rushvic Models and sent to the address below with details of your order. If for any reason you do not wish to complete a payment online, please call 01889 568009 or email info@rushvicmodels.com. If paying by cheque, you will be advised when they have arrived and then again when they are clear which can take up to 7 days so please be patient if paying by this method.

Please note that very good care is taken with post and packing and we aren’t a ‘profit from postage’ organisation, we use recycled cardboard and cardboard boxes which keeps your costs down and also helps the environment too.

Parcels are sent out via Royal Mail or Parcelforce depending on weight and/or destination whether UK or Abroad. This is easier for us and also easier for you as if they try to deliver an item and you are out you can have it re-delivered at your convenience or collect it from your local sorting office. We keep all shipping receipts and enter tracking information when the order is sent if available.

Royal Mail Special Delivery is guaranteed next day delivery except Saturdays, however Saturday delivery is available at extra cost. It is fully insured and can be signed for and tracked.

You will receive an email from Paypal or ourselves when the item(s) have been dispatched.

Returns

In accordance with distance selling regulations, customers get a cooling-off period of fourteen days from receiving the goods in which to change their mind about products. In the unlikely event of this happening with one of our models, customers should inform us in writing, either by letter or email of their decision. Our email address is info@rushvicmodels.com. Our postal address is Rushvic Models, Waterloo Farm, Beamhurst, Uttoxeter, Staffordshire ST14 5DY. Customers will then receive further information on how to proceed and how items can be returned.

The refund will be minus the original delivery charge and a restocking fee of 5% of the original total including postage (also applies to orders paid for and then cancelled before despatch) and will be refunded within a maximum of seven days from receipt of the goods by Rushvic Models. Please note that items must be returned in a brand new and unopened condition otherwise a restocking fee of 25% applies, postage will only be refunded on items that are returned due to a fault whether manufacturing or internal.
